Thank you, Marco Antonio. What you describe is exactly what I am aiming for
here, and is pretty thoroughly covered by the proposal as currently
written, I think.

The recharging of mobile phones is similar to the selling of phone cards. I
suppose if you had a shop that mostly did that, it could have its own tag,
but we already have shop=mobile_phone.

I have added a line to the official proposal to note that you can use
multiple nodes to tag a shop that is truly multipurpose.
