Granted, can't tell from Bing if it's raised or not, but if not, I'd tag it
as a single node junction with mini_roundabout, as that fits the
definition.   It's not like we're talking about the small roundabouts in
Portland, of which none are mini roundabouts and should not be tagged as
such, instead using a circular road and tagged as a roundabout, due to
typically using jersey barriers arranged in a circle to create a center
island that cannot be crossed.
