isn't a guidepost a sign that indicates directions for specific destinations, eventually with distance indications? The matrix signs I had in mind show information like "travel time to XY 20 minutes" (there's some of these on major arterial roads in Rome to give you an indication about the current traffic density), or the say stuff like "don't drink and drive", "drive careful", "use seat belts", "happy christmas", etc. Cheers, Martin
