I would go for restaurant for most Pizza Huts. Although Pizza Hut do offer take aways from their restaurants, they do have waiter service. amenity=restaurant take_away=yes? Pizza Hut do also have delivery locations where you can order a pizza for collection, these locations I would go for fast_food.
