It's unrelated, but Navit (the supposedly best available navigator
that uses OSM maps) fails utterly at counting the exits of a
roundabout. It will include also oneway ways entering the roundabout,
so my actual second exit (out to the right, out to the front) is
described by Navit as the third exit (out to the right, *in from the
right*, out to the front); what is actually the third exit (usually
270°, the exit to the left) would be the fifth and so on. I'm not
going to simplify the map (merging the oneway branches) because the
navigator is stupid enough to call "exit" a way that can only enter.
