There doesn't seem to be a tag on the wiki for either handicapped parking spots in a larger lot or a dedicated handicapped lot.
Also a few more minor questions (all from the local park: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=28.407939&lon=-81.489194&zoom=18&layers=M): Is there a better way to map bleachers than amenity=bench bench=bleachers? Is building=pavilion correct for a roof with no walls?
