does it have a name? are there addresses for the driveways? then I tag it as 
residential, primary, secondary, tertiary. the exact class will depend on the 
importance as usual. most likely residential is too low considering the 
importance of this connection.
in case the drive ways are just some service ways I would tag as primary_link 
or trunk_link
