documentation: drop left prefix to .xml files
i.e., leftaddresspool.xml becomes addresspool.xml
(since it now documents both leftaddresspool= and rightaddresspool=)
(left.xml becomes host.xml)
close #2213 in documentation mention both leftOPTION= and rightOPTION=
explicitly
