In fact it worked so well it suggested that more complex search
specifications than the current GUI supports may be feasible.

It reports 'In your profile folder, the file that stores the settings
for your Saved Search folders is called "virtualFolders.dat".'
However I found the search specification is also found in
<[profile folder]/Mail/[account]/[folder name].sdb/[search title].msf>.
Also there is an empty folder [the "virtual folder mentioned???] at
<[profile folder]/Mail/[account]/[folder name].sdb/[search title]>.
Where might I find a specification of the structure and content of
"virtualFolders.dat" and "[search title].msf".
I figured I would ask first before attempting some reverse engineering.
