I might turn habeas marks back on if the people at habeas.net start managing something like what you have done. Where I can download a rule set just for the habeas mark. It would be just like the BigEvil.cf rule but work for keeping habeas marks clean of spammers. Then the spam sent to them can be updated quickly by a rule change.
