Not to say what this person has done is right but it's each man/woman's right to
choose domains they allow or disallow from the emailings. Maybe your IP or domain was
blocked some time ago for spamming? Maybe you (or someone you know) irritated the
overworked IT guy (you know, the one who gets yelled at all day because
officedepot.com is spamming the boss again). In any event don't flame the people who
are blocking you. Instead, ask why?

BTW, Paradigm-Omega, your "private RHSBL" (rhsbl.paradigm-omega.net) is
borked. I read your Email Policy and there's no reason my server should be listed. I
personally couldn't give a hoot if you accept my mail or not, but if you're going to
have such a "strong" (for lack of a better word) policy in place, you should make sure
it works as advertised. Frankly, I'm amazed you get any mail at all...

So you give points to personal or list e-mail from me, just because I use the
Habeas headers? I would think that zeroing the test would make much more sense than
assigning a positive value to it, since the -vast- majority of messages with the mark
are not spam.

Just my $.02. You're welcome to manage your mail any way you like, of course.
