There's no "until" here. Like I said, I could care less about getting mail through to 
you. I just thought you might want to know that your system appeared to be broken.

Your error:

550 Service unavailable; Client host [rrcs-west-24-199-24-165.biz.rr.com] blocked

was somewhat ambiguous. The "source/domain" could've been rr.com, sthomas.net, 
chips.sthomas.net, or even the IP. I assumed you weren't blocking the entirety of 
rr.com, since there's a lot of people using it and by outright rejecting all mail 
originating from their network, you may be losing business. It's your business to 
lose, though.

Let me ask you this - if the IP resolved to something other than an rr.com address 
(something I've been fighting with rr.com for years about), would it have been 
rejected? Does your RBL work soley based on PTR records, or is it based on 
netblock/owner?
