Carl,

FYI, to avoid problems with inbound email here, I reduced the score for
FROM_ENDS_IN_NUMS on June 23, and again on November 21. Score for this
rule is currently sitting at 0.146 on my system. This weekend's
mass-check found 4793s/1122h of 81370 corpus. It's hit-frequencies
results were:
   5915 4793 1122 0.506 0.13 1.00 FROM_ENDS_IN_NUMS
