Rubin, you were much more polite than I would have been. :) I was at first
flabbergasted when I read Kai's response. Then, of course, not everyone's
English is up to the same caliber as ours. That may or may not be the case
here, but we should always keep in mind that some folks may not know the
best wording and may not realize what "tone" their messages takes.
