Well, I gave the best answer I could based on the small amount of information you gave the list... "It doesn't work" is a pretty open ended problem. ;^)
To be able to tell you more, we need to know more about your setup. What are you using for an MTA (sendmail/postfix/something else?) and MDA (procmail/maildrop/something else?)? Are you using a virus scanning package somewhere in the mix? Without that information, we aren't going to be able to help a lot; all of our "advice" would be based entirely on supposition and assumptions. We don't want to send you on all sorts of wild goose chases. And, just a small 'netiquette nit to pick: ANY attempt at a helpful answer is "satisfactory". If you need more information, request it in a polite manner and it'sll probably happen. Sending a message with the tone of yours surely doesn't invite further assistance from those of us who could help. Getting help on a list is different than opening trouble/ feature requests with a vendor: arm twisting will NOT work here. Happy Holidays!
