Sorry I meant user_prefs in ~/.spamassassin - Will SA take the composite list of blacklist information in /etc/mail/spamassassin/blacklist.cf and the ones in ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs
Yes.
User_prefs is additive as far as blacklist entries are concerned..
however things like spam_threshold, and other such things with only one possible setting are over-ridden by whatever is in user_prefs. (last parsed wins).
