Let me put in my $.02 -- I've established an IMAP folder on my CommunigatePro (v 4.1.8) server to store FN's and FP's for use with sa-learn. When I copy the messages using Outlook 2003 to the IMAP folder and open them with a text editor, certain headers, like those that show the mail server routing and hand-off from the originator to my mail server, aren't visible. On the other hand, when I use Outlook to open the message in the IMAP folder and choose View -> Options, complete headers are visible. It's a mystery to me -- it appears that the issue is introduced by Outlook and not by the mail server. If you find a solution to this, please let me know.
