Interesting discussion all the way around... I have an RH 7.3+ box running sendmail, procmail and SA before forwarding e-mail to an Exchange 5.5 server. For continued bayes training, I have public spam and ham folders set up. I use a perl script to extract the messages from the public folders via IMAP and feed them into sa-learn. Just out of curiousity, I had the script show all of the gory output of what it's doing and none of the headers were mangled in the least. But, we only have the one Exchange 5.5 server and no Exchange 2kX servers, yet.
