OK, you agree that there should be an easy way to blacklist one language now... all I must convince you is why I would want to do it. Just like when we read a book and there's one line of russian or greek, we still want to read the book. Just because there's a bit of Burmese in there, we don't want to throw it into the fire. Who knows what intentional witty quotes we might encounter... good to keep an open mind.
