It seems that spamassassin 2.60 requires all 9 Habeas fields to be included, in order, in the header of an email, for it to recognize the Habeas mark.
While contacting Habeas support about a semi-related issue, I was informed that spamassassin should only be testing for 'X-Habeas-SWE-3: like Habeas SWE (tm)'
Only looking for one part of SWE is silly. They can't enforce their mark with copyright law if the full copyrighted haiku isn't part of the text. All they'd be able to do with only that one line is use trademark violations, which aren't nearly as tough of a set of laws as copyright law.
I suspect the "SA should only check for #3" comes from the sample SA rules that are on their website, and not any technical or legal reason. I also suspect it's a cop-out for the outlook 2003 related bug in their SWE installer.
However, there's already a bug open for the out-of-order issue.
