It would have been more interesting if you had used different tagged addresses for each of the unsubscribes, so you could track which one was the culprit, and look for similarities in the headers of the pre- and post- unsubscribe spams to possibly identify the source. As it is you have almost no information except that one of the 21 places to which you successfully sent that address, is unscrupulous.
