Hi Leon,
I don't know what internet you've been on for the last few years but my experience has been the unsub links are:
a. bogus
b. borken
c. collection points for live addresses
d. bogus
I recommend to all my users not to click on the links, I've even stopped allowing Vaca and OoO auto responders.
