Thanks for your response. I removed the defang_mime but still get the error:
Failed to run DNS_FROM_RFCI_DSN RBL SpamAssassin test, skipping: (Can't call method "bgsend" on an undefined value at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SpamAssassin/Dns.pm line 145. Any suggestions there? Also I commented out the dns check so the error does not occur i.e. spamassassin --lint reports no errors and still the emails are not getting marked up except for the insertion of header information?? There are errors in your local.cf.. in particular, defang_mime is not a valid option anymore, and is superceded by the report_safe option (which you are using). $ spamassassin --lint Failed to parse line in SpamAssassin configuration, skipping: defang_mime 0 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: SF.net Giveback Program.
