Hello List,

Being very new to spamassassin, I hope these aren't too dumb questions.
Having configured /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf as inserted below, I do
get the appropriate inserted header information (such as X-Spam-Status: Yes
and scores), but no re-writing whatsoever of the email body or subject.
Neither does spamd/c create a new email and attach the original. One
additional question is: I tried first running spamd as user spamc (created
at the suggestion of some of the documentation) and notice it creates a
.spamassassin subdirectory in /usr/home/spamc, but rerunning spamd as root
does not result in the creation of .spamassassin in ~root. Where, if
anywhere, is it saving the Bayes information such as the journal?? Any help
appreciated.

Thank you all,
Michael Balamuth
