The other thing I've had cause this is if the buffer size in procmail is
too small. Strange as this sounds, the buffer problem can be caused by
a recipe *outside* spamassassin being 'too big', but the failure will
occur during the execution of spamassassin itself. Then the mail is
delivered by 'default'.
