The disadvantage is that you're then refusing all mail from those IP addresses rather than just scoring it higher. That may not be acceptable for everyone. I do use some RBLs to refuse mail (with qmail and qpsmtpd and the dnsbl plugin), but others, which I think have more false positives, I just use in SA to increase the spam score. -- Keith C.
