Hmmm... I didn't notice that warning about an "uninitialized value" in the output you gave. That looks weird, like bug 2491 [2] which was fixed for 2.60-final. I'm not sure, but maybe this is a new bug in the BayesStore code. Could you please open a new ticket at Bugzilla [1]?
