Hmmm... I didn't notice that warning about an "uninitialized value" in the 
output you gave. That looks weird, like bug 2491 [2] which was fixed for 
2.60-final.

I'm not sure, but maybe this is a new bug in the BayesStore code. Could you 
please open a new ticket at Bugzilla [1]? You might want to add that I told 
you to do so, so you don't get flamed by the other devels if that was 
already fixed in between ;-)
