I upgraded from 2.60beta (version prior to the rc1) to 2.60 final. SA itself seems to be running fine (meaning it is catching and tagging messages like it should). However, the bayes database seems to be toast.
A look at the ~/.spamassassin directory shows: drwx------ 2 cbarnes barnes 4096 Oct 1 11:37 ./ drwxr-xr-x 14 cbarnes cbarnes 4096 Sep 30 18:30 ../ -rw------- 1 cbarnes barnes 455941 Oct 1 11:37 auto-whitelist -rw------- 1 cbarnes barnes 19205440 Sep 30 15:49 bayes_journal -rw------- 1 cbarnes barnes 225511 Sep 30 14:39 bayes_seen -rw------- 1 cbarnes barnes 9293824 Sep 30 14:39 bayes_toks -rw-r--r-- 1 cbarnes barnes 744 Sep 18 16:34 user_prefs which would seem to indicate that the data itself is still there. However, when I run "sa-learn --dump" I see: Use of uninitialized value in numeric lt (<) at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/Mail/SpamAssassin/BayesStore.pm line 1281. 0.000 0 0 0 non-token data: bayes db version 0.000 0 0 0 non-token data: nspam 0.000 0 0 0 non-token data: nham 0.000 0 0 0 non-token data: ntokens 0.000 0 0 0 non-token data: oldest atime 0.000 0 0 0 non-token data: current scan-0.000 0 0 0 non-token data: last expiry atime Fwiw, I did run the "sa-learn --rebuild" and it seemed to work ok (meaning, it didn't give me any errors).
