The ifspam script I looked at specifically had a test for mail greater than 
250k... mail of that size is delivered via forward to the address after the 
call to ifspam.

Double check your script and look for a "`cat $output | wc -c`" call... thats 
the one that gets the message size.

You may need the latest script?
