This is why I don't like the blanket blocking of dynamic IP ranges.
Also the possibility that the ISP will block sending with a from
address of "@non-isp.domain", or start charging per email, or other
stupid things. When I run a(n outgoing) mail server, I expect mail to
go through without getting fuxored.

Damn spammers.
