I'm new to SA so forgive... but I saw this same problem when I upgraded to
SA 2.60 from 2.55.. all incoming mail from anybody on Earthlink, or
Verizon.. either DSL or Dialup was being tagged...  it appeared as if SA was
seeing the IP of the sending machine, not of the relaying SMTP server..  I
manually changed the scoring to 0.1 to remedy this, but would love to see
what could be done to re-instate it if I could get it to work correctly...
