The only way I see is to compare a "normal" mail and a mail received via
the list. Headers that seem to be from the list server (like X-BeenThere
 oder List-Help) can be safely ignored (IMHO). But there is also the
list server in the "Received:" headers (in the case of this list, it is
sc8-sf-mx1-b.sourceforge.net or maybe a backup mx). Maybe thats the culprit.

The best approach is to train your bayes filter manually via sa_learn.
Only then it can do its best.
