I just upgraded from rc5 and did something wrong. It appears that the BAYES database is not being consulted by SpamAssassin.
Some mail is not getting scored at all. Other mail gets a higher than normal score due to not getting BAYES scored. I see no BAYES tags in the headers at all. I can read the database with "sa-learn dump magic" and "sa-learn dump data". What did I do wrong? From what I can see, there should have been no change in database format from RC5 to RC6. I even tried reverting to RC5 with using a backup of the /var/amavisd/.spamassassin directory from before the upgrade, which somehow did not work either. I think I should call it a day.
