fprot has made license changes... and it's not cheap.  fprot for mail
servers can go from about $1600 USD (500 users) to $6900 USD (23,000)
users last time I got quotes.

vexira (http://www.vexira.com) is a decent option also due to their
per-domain license model (although they do still have a 6,000 users
cap).   they took alot of RAV customers once MS bought them out.
