I don't know of any webmail system with a built-in "learn as spam" button, but I handle the situation by giving each of my webmail users their own "learn-spam" and "learn-notspam" folders. If they find something they want to teach SA about, they simply move or copy the email to that webmail folder. I then have a cron job which scans these folders once an hour, and feeds any non-empty folders into sa-learn.
