What I did is set up a shared IMAP folder that ppl can copy their spams into; periodically, it is run through sa-learn and then emptied out. I didn't do the same for hams for privacy reasons, but it doesn't worry me because the users can just edit their own prefs to set up whitelists if they get any false positives.
