Although you've already been pointed at mass-check (which I didn't know
about myself, and will have a play with ...) I have such a script that
goes through an amavisd-new log file and does just that.

It's a bit rough-and-ready, needs polishing, and obviously works best
if you are using amavisd-new, logging the same way mine does. But you 
might find it useful/interesting. Have a look inside the script to see
what command-line options are available. It can sort by rule name or by
spam score in one of four ranges and list just the top n rules.
