Is it not taking the Bayes into consideration because I'm below 200 emails in the DB right now, or am I missing something here?
Correct. SA has only been trained with 132 spam messages so far, and will not activate bayes until the database has been trained with 200 spam and 200 nonspam (aka ham) messages.
