sa-learn is entirely independent of spamd, so it does not matter if spamd
is run with -x or not. sa-learn is completely unaware of spamd and has no
interaction with it whatsoever. The only tool which is aware of spamd is
spamc. No other tool in the package uses spamd in any way.
sa-learn will run in more-or-less the same manner as the spamassassin
command line tool, and will put the bayes databases and user_prefs
where-ever the /etc/mail/local.cf tells it to.
