What box are you running, this morning my box is getting nailed.
PS Perl-DB_File wasnt installed, I'll install and test again. :)
Anyone have any other hints/tips.

I block around the same amount a day (ca. 4000 - 6000), using Bayes too, and
CPU usage has only raised very marginally since upgrading from 2.44 myself.
So marginally even, that I would never have noticed it even, had people not
mentioned it here. Loadaverages remain well below 1. The hardest hits I take
on rbl timeouts.
So, I would say this is not normal; either that, or I have been very lucky.
