If scoring bounces works for some people, then there's no reason for
those people not to score them. The big advantage I see in all these
rules is that we can all use rules that work for our particular
circumstances, even though those rules might be disastrous for other
people.

Even if a rule is impractical for 90% of users, the spammers now know it
exists and have the problem of deciding if they should craft their spam
to avoid the rule or not. If they try to avoid every rule in existence
they won't have any message left to send!

I'm somewhat tentative about this too, we could easily end up flooding
the list with hundreds of rule discussion posts if we're not careful.
I'd really like to see an ok from the list admin or at least one of the
dev team before getting right into this.

I can't even get to the damn wiki, I seem to be nullrouted or something,
most frustrating!
