My entire IP range (of which I own only my single static IP) has been
blocked by RoadRunner. They are not interested in hearing my case at
all. I simply can't send mail from my server to theirs. End of
discussion.

I now forward my mail through my ISP's mail server, and so far there
have not been problems. Although I had stopped using my ISP years ago,
for some reason. But now I can send mail to my brother who uses
RoadRunner.
