Main menu, select 'content filtering',  In 'remove message attachments that don't have 
a
Matching content type' add:

multipart/alternative
multipart/mixed
multipart/signed
text/plain
text/html

The next two options (convert text/html to plain text and action to take when message 
matches filtering rules)
Set how you like them...  I generally convert to plaintext and set 'forward to list 
owner'.

This mailman 2.1.(something) though.. Not sure if it's the same in 2.0.9.
