He's Dutch. (I'm not, but normally love them for their honesty and lack of chagrin. Moreover, I live and work amongst them, speak their lingo with exams, every day experience and all.)
Beverlander was slaughtered as one of the worst spammers on the Internet. By none less than the BBC and Spamhaus's brilliance. There were broadcast interviews with Beverlander, right enough concealed by the BBC and according to the law illegal.
Beverlander I knew, and respected, as a small ISP based just north of Amsterdam, around 5 years ago (funnily enough in an area known as Beverland.). Turns out he's since sided with Old Nick.
PEOPLE, much of the spam you are are getting would seem to be from Beverlander. He's no US citizen. I'd like to know what could be done to choke him off. I love and respect the Dutch, who have constantly shown respect for what is right - humanism, but here they show themselves to be in a vacuum.

[1] For those who don't know, the BBC is the "British Broadcasting Corporation." An independently funded broadcaster, though nevertheless belonging to the British Autocracy. Known as a champion of truth, the BBC is currently fighting to prove such, (i.e. what the BBC says against what the Labour leadership says). However, during times of internal stress (like the 2nd world war, the Korean war, the Malaysian communist uprising of the 50s and and the Falkland Island - Malvinas - fracas,) the BBC *sometimes* says what any current government tells it to.
