These are not false positives, they are false *negatives*! The "-" 
indicates non-spamminess.

I believe these heavy negative scores have been removed from SA-2.60, 
anyway, because they can be easily forged.

Are you sure that these hits were counted toward your score or not just in 
that mail because they were inserted at an earlier stage of delivery? (= 
forged). If you are sure, double-check that there shouldn't be all those 
hits and then submit it as a bug to the Bugzilla at spamassassin.org.
