If you to get a bayes score regardless, just put the following in
local.cf:

score BAYES_40 0 0 0.001 0.001
score BAYES_44 0 0 0.001 0.001
score BAYES_50 0 0 0.001 0.001
score BAYES_56 0 0 0.001 0.001

The non-zero score will mean that the bayes score will be added to the
report, but 0.001 is small enough that it won't affect the overall score.
