Unfortunately there are, a lot of the subscription newsletters from PC 
magazines and in the media industry do this. Nevertheless, I think it's a 
good choice to use this detection and then whitelist the offending but 
"legitimate" senders. Some of these newsletters also offer text versions 
but many people simply don't know, so one can point them to use those. 
Unfortunately, all of that produces extra support time :-(
