Why should there be xxx databases to work on?? I think it is easier to have one and share it. (Not only with word filtering but also blacklists and else.)

Be specific about which database you are exactly talking about here.. there's 3 different databases that SA can use depending on how you are set up. Which one of these databases are you trying to share?
Is it the Bayes database? If so, don't bother, because this database is really a file.
The AWL database? If so, don't bother, because this database is really a file.
or the spamd -q sql configuration database? If so, sure.. there's no reason you can't share a single sql server.
