Look, guys.  Simply put, next time this happens, just send a simple reply
offlist.  In fact, I feel it would make a lasting impression on the account,
if not the person if EVERYONE can send a simple reply, offlist.  That should
get the message through loud and clear.

But the more serious point is... This has been covered in the list multiple
times.  Hopeless users can still get their help, offlist after
broadcasting...  so for god's sake's people, treat it like spam.  Can the
public discussion -- please?  ;-)

If it's a spammer doing this, we all look like idiots...  :P
