Note: for Razor1 only has 1 server, so if it's down ...

The solution is to ditch Razor1 and upgrade to Razor2 (make sure to
remove the libs for Razor1 or you'll continue to use it).

Short term: "score RAZOR_CHECK 0"


We've made RAZOR_CHECK default to 0 for SA 2.50 for planned future
removal.  FYI.
